wedding so we will custom tailor a package just for you after our
initial
consultation. Here are a few examples of packages
as a point of reference:
“Week-Of” Packages $950 - $1500
This
package is perfect for the couple that is comfortable doing most of the
planning themselves, but doesn't want to have to worry about the
logistics on the Big Day. Just hand it over to us! It can be customized to fit your wedding day needs whether you need us to handle the ceremony, reception or both. It includes:
1 Face-to-Face Planning Session
Itinerary Preparation and Distribution to Vendors
Confirm Itinerary with Vendors
Final Details Meeting
Rehearsal Coordination
Collection of Wedding Day Items to be taken to site
Wedding Day (Ceremony &
Reception)
- Oversee proper setup of ceremony & reception locations
- Placement of seating cards, wedding favors, programs, etc.
- Access to 911 Emergency Essentials Kit
- Distribution of final payments to vendors
- Greet your guests and make sure they are comfortable
- Coordinate vendor timing to create a seamless flow
- Constant monitoring of temperature, volume, lighting
- Transportation of Bride & Groom's personal belongings
- Assistant(s) for Wedding Day
Blank Canvas Package - $750
This
package is extremely helpful when you are using a ceremony or reception
site that is an "empty box" or unconventional space requiring you to
bring in your own logistics and imagination. Local examples would be
the Huguenot Mill, Zen, parks, farms or your family property. It can be
used separately or as a popular add-on to the Director package. It
includes:
2 Face-to-Face Planning Sessions
Unlimited Contact by Phone & Email throughout planning process
Custom Vendor Recommendations
Site Plans (up to 3)
Site Visits (up to 2)
Space transitions needed when 1 space is used for dual functions
Coordinate Rentals
Coordinate Vendor Duties
The Bridal Blueprint - $250
